“This is one of our favourite times of year — the time when we start reconnecting with old friends and meeting new people who want to learn more about Shave for the Brave and how it supports Young Adult Cancer Canada’s (YACC) programs and services.
If you’re receiving this email, you’re one of those people we are already so grateful for. You might have taken part in every Shave for the Brave since 2006, or you might have donated once to someone who took part recently, but you are all a part of a long history of helping young adults living with, through, and beyond cancer across Canada.
We’re going to tell you more about how your support is changing lives over the next few months, but today, we’re PUMPED to focus on the next Avalon Mall Shave for the Brave taking place in St. John’s on Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 12-1 p.m.!
Over the years, we have seen individuals, families, teams, coworkers, strangers, friends, baby-haired, and grey-haired people in the community barber shop. The Avalon Mall Shave for the Brave is an event that welcomes everyone, and we would love to see you there!
