The Cancer Care Manitoba Foundation currently employs a part-time physiotherapist through a temporarily-funded program; otherwise, this is the only place which offers a physiotherapy-based rehabilitation program for cancer survivors. Many cancer survivors are therefore on a long wait list for hospital-based outpatient physiotherapy or are paying for private services.[1]
