Katherine Fierlbeck is McCulloch Professor of Political Science at Dalhousie University. Fierlbeck is the author of several books, including The Boundaries of Medicare with Greg Marchildon, Comparative Health Care Federalism: Competition and Collaboration in Multistate Systems (ed. with H.
