TOPIC: Exercise and Physical Activity for Individuals Living with and Beyond Cancer

DESCRIPTION: The focus of the presentation will be on why exercise is important for those living with and beyond cancer, in particular how it supports those living with lymphedema. There will also be a review on exercise oncology resources that are available to members who are living with cancer.
