CCSN Launches New Web Portal for Head and Neck Cancer

OTTAWA, ON – In June of 2018, the Canadian Cancer Survivor Network launched a new web portal to promote education and awareness of head and neck cancer in Canada.

The portal, located on CCSN’s website survivornet.ca, includes detailed information on the five primary types of head and neck cancer: Oral, Pharyngeal (throat), Laryngeal (voice box), Nasal/Paranasal and Salivary Gland.

The portal also provides listings of head and neck cancer organizations in Canada and internationally, as well as a space to include blogs and stories about head and neck cancer experiences. The live feed of CCSN’s head and neck cancer Twitter account is located in the sidebar.

The complete head and neck cancer web portal can be viewed here.

Patients, caregivers and families affected by head and neck cancer are encouraged to contact CCSN if they are interested in opportunities to increase awareness for head and neck cancer in Canada.
Please send an email to info@survivornet.ca for more information.
