En janvier, Jackie Manthorne, la pr\u00e9sidente et la PDG du RCSC, a envoy\u00e9 des lettres \u00e0 tous les ministres provinciaux de la Sant\u00e9 \u00e0 travers le Canada dans le cadre de sa campagne nationale \u00ab Le cancer ne peut pas attendre \u00bb. Les lettres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 personnalis\u00e9es pour chaque ministre provincial de la Sant\u00e9 et elles ont d\u00e9taill\u00e9 les pr\u00e9occupations actuelles des patients atteints du cancer dans chaque province. Les lettres se terminent par un appel \u00e0 l\u2019action pour que les syst\u00e8mes de soins de sant\u00e9 de chaque province investissent dans le renforcement des soins oncologiques, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de tests de diagnostic, de chirurgies ou d\u2019autres traitements. Enfin, presque un mois plus tard, les r\u00e9ponses commencent \u00e0 arriver. Pour \u00eatre franc, elles ne sont gu\u00e8re plus qu\u2019une reconnaissance politique de la r\u00e9ception d\u2019une lettre.<\/p>\n
