Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un progr\u00e8s important pour les soins oncologiques cibl\u00e9s au Canada.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"fr-CA\">Cela signifie que lorsque quelqu\u2019un<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"fr-CA\"> re\u00e7oit un diagnostic de l\u2019un de ces types de cancer, il doit \u00eatre d\u00e9pist\u00e9 pour voir si ses tumeurs poss\u00e8dent des biomarqueurs pertinents pour ce type de cancer. Un biomarqueur est un signe qui peut \u00eatre identifi\u00e9 objectivement par un professionnel de la sant\u00e9 (par rapport \u00e0 des sympt\u00f4mes, qui sont v\u00e9cus subjectivement) et qui leur donne des renseignements importants concernant la maladie d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"fr-CA\">\u2019un patient. Dans ce cas, les biomarqueurs d\u00e9pist\u00e9s sont de nature g\u00e9n\u00e9tique.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-CA\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Pour de nombreux types de cancer, la connaissance de la pr\u00e9sence de certains biomarqueurs dans la tumeur peut faire une \u00e9norme diff\u00e9rence.
