New job opportunities at IGH 
The Institute of Gender and Health (IGH) is currently hiring for two positions within our small, dynamic team in Montréal. Please read the entire job description and application instructions from the external links below before applying.

Senior Advisor, Science Initiatives 

The Senior Science Advisor will ensure that the latest science is integrated into IGH research funding opportunities, presentations and other knowledge translation activities. This includes reviewing scientific literature, identifying high impact findings and developing reports to provide expert advice to the Scientific Director and Assistant Director.

Qualifications include a PhD in a field related to health research with knowledge of basic science and experience with sex and/or gender influences on health, gender studies and/or sex- and gender-based analysis.

Senior Advisor, Policy and Projects

The Senior Policy and Projects Advisor will lead the development and planning of strategic projects and events and track emerging policy issues and opportunities related to sex, gender and health. They will also act as an IGH representative by liaising with potential partners, university leadership and researchers as well as other CIHR institutes and staff at the CIHR central office in Ottawa.

Qualifications include a graduate degree in a related discipline and experience working in the health research or health policy sector.
