Arnprior & District Memorial Hospital, Patient Family Advisory Council
As part of an initiative by the hospital to ensure the needs of the community are being met from the patient and family’s perspective, a Patient and Family Advisory Council was established.
The council is made up of former patients, patient family members and hospital administration. This is an opportunity for patients and family to be proactively involved in their hospital through having a constructive voice and the ear of hospital administration and staff.
The council has been in existence since 2012 and holds meetings on a bi-monthly basis.
