The Island Health Patient Advisory Council is a diverse group of volunteers from Vancouver Island communities, who meet regularly to provide a patient perspective and advice to health care leaders in Island Health.
Volunteers consist of patients and family members who are interested in sharing their health care experience and collaborating with care providers to improve quality care. They provide insight into areas such as policy development, educational information and safety activities.
